1. Introduction
Welcome to the Google Docs add-on for creating legal document templates, developed by Legal Machine Intelligence. This add-on is designed to allow users, especially legal professionals, to create and manage legal document templates that can be used in LMIntelligence for the automation of contracts and legal documents.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing and using this plugin, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated here, please refrain from using the plugin.
3. Registration and Access
In order to access certain features of the Add-on, User may be required to register and create an account. User agrees to provide accurate and current information as part of the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

The Add-on and all visual components, graphics, design, compilations, information, computer code, products, software, services and all other elements of the Add-on are the exclusive property of the Developer, with all rights reserved. 6. Limitations of Liability

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/jurisdiction of the Developer, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
